At MotorcycleGear, we want to ensure you ride in comfort and style; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Return
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number and prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective armor and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
