REV'IT! Heliox Shirt

Our premium offering in the base layers collection, the Heliox shirt (which perfectly pairs with the base-layer pants of the same name), is all about multi-season adaptability and comfort.

Keeping it simple
Keeping the design aesthetic unclouded allows the product to do all the talking. But don’t be fooled by decorative overlock stitching elements along the front/back waist and down the arms (the only “real” overlock stitching is done at the raglan armholes), the densely knit Heliox shirt is comprised of only one chest panel and the two seams at the raglan sleeves. Fewer seams mean fewer pressure points pressing close against the skin. It also includes a seamless waistband construction for an added depth and richness to an otherwise “simple” style.

Multi-season functionality
The Heliox shirt is comprised of 47% Merino, 34% polyamide, 14% polyester, and 5% elastane equating to a 200 (gsm) merino. This blend allows riders to enjoy the changing seasons without the need to interchange base layers. It is also a nice addition to our primarily synthetic base-layer collection.

Fit to ride
The unisex fit of the Heliox shirt is designed to sit as closely to the body as possible. That way it traps both the heat when needed or pulls the sweat away from the body when things heat up.

Tight fit

The Tight fit is designed to be snug and conform to the rider's body shape. The contouring design ensures that the material and fabrics move with the body, without restricting the range of motion in any situation. This fit is mostly found in base layers and in our race-oriented garments.

3D round knit technology

Seamless 3D round-knit garments provide superior comfort and technical function for a wide range of athletic activities, including motorcycle riding. The 3D name comes from the texture and shape of the roundknit. Made on a circular knitting machine, seamless garments have superior elasticity for optimal shaping to the body. The virtual lack of seams results in optimal comfort, while also imparting important functionality: fewer seams make the garment less vulnerable for seam breaks, drop stitches, etc., and therefore longer lasting. Those seams that are absolutely necessary are made using flatlock technology, to eliminate bulk. The result is the ultimate in comfort and function.

Merino wool yarns

Lightweight and soft merino wool yarns ensure a high level of warmth, moisture wicking, and temperature regulation.

Roundknit construction with Merino wool / Elastane / Dryarn (polypropylene) / Polyamide

A round knit fabric mix that combines high-end merino wool with stretchy elastane and durable polypropylene and polyamide.

How do I measure myself?

A – Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
B – Waist: measure around the narrowest part (typically where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
C – Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
D – Inseam: measure straight down the inside leg from the crotch to the ankle.
